1. The agreement
By using this website or the Scalix MCP service (“the service”) you agree to these terms with ScalixAI (“we”). The service is in preview. Until access opens, this website is for information only; when it opens, access may be offered in stages, limited, or withdrawn while we finish the product. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
2. What the service is
Scalix MCP is a remote server that Claude, made by Anthropic, connects to. Through it Claude can read your Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts and, with your approval, make changes to them. Every change is previewed against the platform, shown to you, and applied only after you say yes; reads run without approval. The service is not an ad platform and it is not Claude: what Claude says is generated by Anthropic’s models under your Claude plan, and we do not control it.
3. Your account and your keys
- The service is for business use by people who are authorised to manage the ad accounts they connect.
- You are responsible for the Google and LinkedIn accounts you connect, for keeping your access keys secret, and for everyone you let use them. If a key may have leaked, revoke it in the console; it stops working at once.
- You must give us accurate account information and keep it current.
4. Approvals are yours
The service never changes an ad account on its own. It shows you the exact change and waits. Approving a change is your decision and your responsibility, including its cost in the ad platform. Approvals are single use and expire; a change that is edited after preview is previewed again. Reads do not change anything, but they do use the platforms’ API quotas.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only in line with the law and with the policies of the platforms it connects to, including Google Ads policies and the LinkedIn Ads policies and Marketing API terms. In particular you will not use it to:
- evade a platform’s enforcement, for example by creating new accounts or duplicating content to get around a disapproval or suspension;
- target LinkedIn audiences in a discriminatory way, or run political advertising to the EU without the declarations LinkedIn requires;
- scrape, store, enrich or resell member or contact data beyond what the platforms allow;
- give access to people who are not authorised on the connected accounts, or share keys outside your organisation;
- probe, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or the platforms behind it;
- advertise anything unlawful or anything the platforms prohibit.
The service refuses actions its policy guard identifies as out of bounds and records the refusal. We may suspend or end access for breaches of this section.
6. Fees
When access opens, the service is sold as a subscription. The price, what it includes and the billing period are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees exclude taxes. We give notice before a price changes.
7. Third-party services
Google, LinkedIn and Anthropic provide the platforms and the assistant the service works with, under their own terms, which you also agree to when you use them. Their availability, quotas, API changes and policy decisions are outside our control and may affect what the service can do.
8. Ownership
We own the service and everything in it. You own your data and your ad accounts. You give us the permission we need to run the service for you, and nothing more; the Privacy Policy sets out what we do with your data and what we never do.
9. Availability and support
We aim for high availability and tell you clearly when something fails, including when a result cannot be verified. During preview the service is provided as it is, and we do not promise any particular advertising outcome, ranking, cost or result.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for anything arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time: disconnect your platforms, revoke your keys and ask us to delete your account. We can end or suspend access for a breach of these terms, with notice where that is reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership and liability, survive.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the console before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which ScalixAI is established, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting any rights you have under mandatory local law.
